Willstaff AMS Diversity

Founded in 2002 as WillStaff Diverse Resources, the name was recently changed to WillStaff AMS Diversity. The company was started by Owner and President Kathy B. Williamson, CSP as a way to assist companies that wanted to receive the service benefits of working with a large staffing firm, like Advantage Staffing, but needed to work with a minority or woman owned business.

Working as a vendor management resource, WillStaff AMS Diversity allows client companies to work with various staffing organizations that Kathy has established as a partner. As such, we are able to help client companies fill personnel needs big or small across the country.
